Heather Anne Thomas (born Heather Anne Thomas) is an American writer, actor and activist. She gained notoriety for playing Jody Banks in the NBC Adventure Series 'The Fall Guy. Her TV debut came at a very young age, when she became host on the NBC show 'Talking with the Giant. Then, after earning a Film and Theatre degree at ULCA, she made guest appearances as host on TV host on series such as California Fever,?Co-Ed Fever and?The Misadventuresof Sheriff Lobo. In 1981, she received her first big break in the form of a part of the lead persona in 'The Fall-Guy. Thomas was a household name in many states by the popular five-season series. She has since been involved in a variety of TV shows, as well as movies. Thomas' most enduring film role came in the 1987 TV film 'Ford, The Man and the Machine. It earned her Gemini Award nominations. Thomas was able to get her acting career back on track and she shifted her focus on her personal life, made the decision to quit her acting career in the year 1998. Alongside the writing of scripts and releasing them Thomas is also an activist.
